* When your ideas get stolen. Sometimes two people think up the same idea at the same time. There are also occasions when you have an idea that your manager had some time ago and forgot about. These situations happen more than you may think, but it doesn’t matter if the manager had the idea first, he or she should still share credit with you (a good manager will give you the credit). It may be time to move on if your manager is constantly using your ideas without giving you kudos for them.
*The back stabber. Some bosses are very insecure and will never take credit for mistakes they made. And the biggest mistake bosses make is not properly training employees. It may be time to move on if you see your boss consistently laying blame on others, even when it’s a training issue.
