You need to show potential clients why you are different from your competitors, what sets you apart. What do you do better than your competitors? But don’t just say “customer service,” be more specific. Maybe you have a better-quality product/service at a lower price. But be wary of undercutting your competition or you may get stuck in a pricing category you cannot afford. Price is rarely the issue with clients if the quality is there. Show potential clients the quality of the product or service.
